Return / Refund Policy

If you receive a defective item (defective on arrival), please notify us within 7 days for returning instructions. The item(s) must be returned with all packing material and without being used. If the product is not defective, we won't be responsible for the return shipping cost to you, so please check carefully before sending the item back.

We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number. Item(s) should be returned with all original packaging. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the return address.

The return shipping cost will be buyers expense by Priority Mail in North America and Courier (DHL, FedEX, UPS) all other areas. Upon receiving the item we will inspect and evaluate it within 7 days of receipt. If the item is found to be defective we will then send you a replacement unit at our shipping expense, if it meets our warranty requirements.

Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are damaged as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part. Warranty applies only to the item itself, not the accessories.

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In all cases, buyers pay the shipping fees to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the shipping of DOA replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. Original Shipping cost is not refundable. Refund only available within 10 days, after 10 days our discretion of repair or replace.
