Buick Motor Division has always held a reputation of building a quality vehicle and this is simply because Buick held their cars to a higher standard and as such supplied their technicians with advanced repair information before the other divisions.
Cadillac of course is the flagship division of GM, but for a while Buick was forcing innovation and product standards that Cadillac had problems meeting. Thus these advanced concept training manuals from Buick are still highly sought after.
