This is the essential tool that all Chrysler dealers are required to have. It connects to the vehicles OBD II port and allows access with a DMM to test voltages and grounds. It can also be used with a lab scope to test wave forms to find those glitches that can't be captured with a DMM.
This tool comeswith the seperate ground lead as required by some Mitsubishi vehicles.
